The New Moon Coaching model honors 4 distinct phases: Clarity, Action, Satisfaction & Rest. In our work together, you will learn how to recognize what phase you are in, what phases you are drawn to, and how to get unstuck to receive the full benefits of going through the cycle.

As we become more and more sensitive to our own experience, we are more able to work with ourselves and move in the direction that we desire.

It’s OK to know yourself.

Know your desires + values. Compassionately see the truth of your current situation.

Clarity helps you to take effective action.

Action

It’s OK to express Yourself.

Take effective action and create change. Stretch yourself and take the very next step.

Effective actions increase the chance of satisfaction.

Satisfaction

It’s OK to enjoy yourself.  

Feel pleasure and be content. Deeply take in all the forms of nourishment that life has to offer. 

Satisfaction helps you to complete, rest and rejuvenate.

Rest

It’s OK to value yourself.

 Who you are is enough. Let go of action and integrate experience. 

Rest helps to lower our internal noise, increases mindfulness, insight and clarity.

The New Moon Coaching Cycle is based on the Hakomi Sensitivity Cycle with its phases of Clarity, Action, Satisfaction and Rest, as well as the natural rhythms of our moments, days, months and years.
