Mindful. Embodied. Compassionate.
Self-Discovery + Transformation.
Life comes at you fast and hard.
It can feel relentless. In the rush to put out the next fire, the most important things are often left unattended.
You can slow down.
Cultivate mindful awareness, access the wisdom of your body, and reclaim what is most important to you.

“Between stimulus and response,
there is space.
In that space is
our power to choose our response.
In our response
lies our growth and our freedom.”
-Viktor E. Frankl
Ready to move from habitual reactivity to mindful choice?
Mindful awareness starts here.
What are you thinking? What are you feeling? What are you doing?
Thinking.
Much of life happens in the privacy of your own mind.
Do you find yourself falling into habitual thinking traps such as ruminating over the past, catastrophizing about the future or negative self talk?
Thanks to neuroplasticity, this can change. You can cultivate mindful awareness to notice and name these thinking traps, get some distance from them and build new, more helpful neuropathways. You can shift from a mindset of working on yourself to the more compassionate, effective and sustainable mindset of working with yourself.
When you lower the noise inside your mind, it creates more space to clarify your values, envision a life that you would love, and creatively solve problems.
Feeling.
Emotions function to guide us to survive and thrive.
Do you struggle with shame for experiencing certain emotions? Do you run from your emotions? Do your emotions control you?
Sadness, anger and frustration are all as necessary to our lives as joy, passion and excitement. But sometimes emotions can feel overwhelming and cause us to react in ways that are not helpful.
The good news is that you can learn to mindfully cultivate pleasant emotions such as gratitude and satisfaction and change your relationship to unpleasant emotions such as anger or anxiety.
When you increase your ability to understand and tolerate emotions it allows you to tap into the deep well of wisdom in your body — to trust your gut and follow your heart.
Doing.
We are creatures of habit.
Do you find yourself repeating patterns of behavior that do more harm than good? Do you habitually speak to a partner or child in a harsh or insensitive way, automatically and mindlessly use your screen, or eat foods that make you feel bad?
Any action your brain can put on autopilot, it will —this is why you can ride a bike or drive to work without thinking about it.
You can learn to move away from habitual actions that bring you suffering and toward mindful actions big or small that are in line with your values and bring you closer to your visions and goals.
When you take your life off of autopilot you shift from a life of habitually reacting toward one of mindfully responding..
